Post harvest begins at the farmgate

Right after harvest, we act fast by moving produce from field to facility with minimal delay. This is to retain freshness and reduce losses.

At every entry point, we:

    • Inspect produce for quality and maturity
    • Measure moisture content and purity
    • Sort into processing or storage queues

This helps us preserve nutrient value, and maintain compliance with export quality standards.

Inside our processing hubs

All our facilities are specialized, semi-automated, and food safety compliant. They are designed around the unique needs of each commodity.

Cassava Processing Line
    • Fresh roots are washed and peeled under pressurized water.
    • They are then mechanically grated and separated into flour, starch, or ethanol streams.
    • The final products are oven dried, sieved, and bagged in moisture proof sacks.
    • Waste water is then treated, and peels are upcycled for animal feed.

Sesame Cleaning & Grading Plant
    • Air screen cleaning is done to remove stones, sand, and pods.
    • Next is the use of gravity separators to ensure uniform seed weight and purity.
    • Dehulling (optional), optical sorting, and final grading
    • Bagging  under  a  dust-controlled  environment  for  food  safety  is  finally  done.

    • Chips are ground under low heat milling to retain oils.
