At Particeps Global, sustainability is the backbone of how we farm, process, and partner.

This is visible in the way our farmers treat the soil, how our machines use water and power, and the livesbeing changed around our factories.

Everything we do points toward one goal – Produce better, waste less, empower people, and restore the land.

1.  Eco friendly farming that respects the land

We work closely with rural farmers to grow cassava, ginger, sesame, and cashew using methods that nourish not strip the soil.

Instead of flooding fields with chemicals, we focus on:

• • Compost from cassava peels and ginger scraps
  • Crop rotation to naturally protect the soil
  • Intercropping to balance nutrients
  • Organic and low-input farming systems

2. Climate smart agriculture, built for local realities

We don’t copy paste Western solutions; we listen to our farmers, and together we:

• • Adjust planting calendars to match changing rainfall patterns.
  • Use drought tolerant crop varieties.
  • Adopt efficient irrigation where possible, and
  • Train coops on soil cover and tree integration (agroforestry).

3. Sustainable Processing Practices

Our factories don’t just run, they run clean.

1. • Wastewater from cassava is filtered and reused for washing
   • Ginger offcuts are upcycled for compost or animal feed
   • Power-efficient machines reduce energy demand
   • Minimal packaging waste with recyclable sack options where possible.

We don’t buy from farmers; we grow with them. To achieve this, we partner with small holder farmers in ways that actually benefit them:

• • Fair prices, paid on timePre harvest support, not just post-harvest interest
  • Offtake agreements that reduce risk
  • Training that values their knowledge Our impact is felt in the following ways;

1. Community empowerment, one job at a time

Inside our facilities, you’ll not find contract staffs flown in from far away, but competent workers from nearby villages.

This is made possible by our continuous training and employment of locals in:

1. • Quality control
   • Equipment handling
   • Product packaging
   • Hygiene and lab testing And we also reinvest into:
   • Youth cooperatives
   • Local trade skill development, and
   • Women led storage and distribution networks

The success of our factory is the success of the town around it.

2. Environmental Responsibility in Every Step:

   • Organic waste gets reused
   • Effluents are treated
   • Our staff are trained on environmental handling
   • Local communities are included in reforestation plans
