Ginger farming ; where it all begins

Our ginger is grown in regions known for high oil and pungency rhizomes – Kaduna, Niger, and Plateau. We partner with farming cooperatives that practice organic compliant cultivation. Instead of chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides, we use natural compost, mulching, and crop rotation to build soil fertility and boost rhizome quality.

Harvesting is done by hand to avoid bruising and to preserve the essential oils that give ginger its global appeal.

Drying; retaining aroma, oils & potency

Right after harvest, ginger is carefully washed, and depending on buyer need, peeled or left whole. We sun dry on raised racks or solar dryers to prevent contamination and to preserve flavor, color,and oil content.

Also, our drying process is mandatorily kept at moisture below 10%, making it shelf stable and export ready.

Packaging

Once dried and sorted, our ginger is packed in food safe, moisture proof bags, ensuring zero mold, odor, or foreign matter.

Whether it’s whole splits, sliced chips, or ginger powder, each product is handled with hygiene, traceability, and export documentation in mind.

We offer vacuum sealing and palletized loading for clients requiring extended shelf life and strict port compliance.
