Farm to factory traceability
Since every product starts at the farm, we track it from the field to final packaging by using;

In House Quality Control Labs
Each of our processing units is equipped with on site quality control labs run by trained food safety technicians.
We carry out:

- Pesticide residue checks
- Oil content verification (for ginger & sesame)
- Kernel outturn analysis (for cashew)
- Microbial load testing
We also work with independent accredited labs for third-party validation of export samples.
Strict Pesticide Control Measures
We work with farmers who follow organic compliant and low residue practices. Before processing begins, raw materials go through:

- Random sampling for chemical traces.
- Training on safe pest control and post-harvest handling
This helps us meet EU MRLs (Maximum Residue Limits), and maintain trust with food and nutraceutical buyers.
